Star Citizen Newsletter - Meet the Defender of the Banu!
April 21st, 2017
Greetings Citizen.
We’ve had a thrilling couple of weeks. Last Friday, the 3.0 production schedule was released and we’ve heard and value all your responses regarding the content in the next update. Community feedback is an integral piece of what makes Star Citizen so great, so please continue to reach out with questions, concerns, and excitement on Spectrum. This week, we announced a new addition to the Banu line of spacecraft: the Defender. Not only did we share a look at the Defender’s specs on Around the Verse, we also revealed some insight on the Banu’s culture from the lore team. We’ll be building on that insight in the next Town Hall as writers Dave Haddock and Will Weissbaum and designer Jonny Jacevicius will answer subscriber questions regarding the creation of all the alien species coming to Star Citizen, with an emphasis on the Banu. So if you’re a subscriber, make sure to submit your questions on Spectrum before Tuesday to see if they answer it live.
Also on ATV, we announced that early access tickets for our live show at the Gloria Theater will go on sale tomorrow for subscribers and concierge. Then, on Sunday, they'll be available for purchase by backers. We also have a fun, interactive booth planned for the Gamescom floor, like we did last year. We can’t wait to see everyone in Cologne, Germany later in the year.
